1. Do you require swab tests?
As an added safety precaution, our resort requires a negative rapid antigen test at least 24 hours before check-in. Test results must be in document form and will be verified with the clinic said to administer it. TEST KITS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Falsified or fake results will be subject to forfeiture of reservation, denial of entry, and non-refundable deposit. The case will be reported to the DOT and LGU.
The test will be presented to The Municipal Tourism Office and to the resort prior to check-in.
Fully vaccinated individuals are still required to submit negative antigen test results.
Children between three (3) and eleven (11) years old may submit a negative saliva test conducted by the Philippine Red Cross.
Only children two (2) years and below do not need to submit any swab test results.
2. What are your requirements?
We require full payment for booking to be confirmed.
Guests are to submit a certified negative rapid antigen test result in document form 24 hours prior to check-in.
All guests are required to pass by the Municipal Tourism Office to submit travel requirements and pay the ecological fee of P20.00 per person.
3. What are the inclusions of your rates?
Rates include accommodations, use of the facilities and non-motorized water sports.
Meals and motorized water sports will be charged separately.
4. What are the facilities of the property?
We have 2 infinity pools, a restaurant and bar, beach, kiddie playground, board games, recreational sports, and water sports like kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkels.
We also have a speed boat, bancas, and banana boats should one wish to explore the neighboring coves and get some adrenaline rush.
Day beds are situated at the beachfront, ideal for lounging and even dining.
5. Do you allow smoking inside the rooms?
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
We have designated certain areas for smoking.
A violation fee of P5,000 will be charged should guests fail to comply with the no-smoking policy.
The said fee is imposed because the room will require deep cleaning to remove cigarette odor and nicotine stains on the floor, ceiling, wall, curtains, mattress and sheets. The room will remain out of service due to this.
6. May we check-in earlier than 3 pm?
Early check-in is subject to availability.
You are more than welcome to use the facilities while waiting for your casita to be available.
Your luggage will be stored at our reception area.
7. Would you allow late check out?
Late check-out is subject to availability and may be arranged only on the day of your departure no later than 10am.
8. Do you have a restaurant?
Yes, the dining area is the Pavillion next to the pools.
We also have in-room dining for guests who prefer to dine in the privacy of their casitas. Dining at the beach is also available.
We have dining tables set-up while day bed dining is offered as an option.
9. Do you have wifi?
Wifi is available at the lobby and closely surrounding common areas.
10. Do you offer day tours?
We do not offer day tours at the moment.
11. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept master and visa credit cards only.
